Dates & Rates

Camp Bauercrest offers multiple session choices to accommodate your family’s busy summer schedule!

The majority of our families take advantage of a full Bauercrest summer, which is 7 weeks long and ensures that your camper doesn’t miss out on a second of the excitement! Our 2027 Full Summer session runs from June 23rd - August 11th, with Visiting Day on Saturday, July 17th!

Welcome To Our House!

We can’t wait to see you this summer!

Sessions 1 and 2 are each 3.5 weeks long. Session 1 allows your camper to be here on Opening Day and experience our Fourth of July festivities, along with Casino Night, Army Navy Day and more. Session 2 includes Color War, which breaks at the end of the summer and culminates in the most eagerly anticipated week of camp.

For first-time campers up to 6th grade, we offer a two-week introductory Mini Camp at the start of each session. This option is a perfect way for campers (and their parents!) to test the waters of overnight camp. Most of our Mini Campers have so much fun they take advantage of our built-in option to extend.

Tuition Incentives & Early Enrollment Deals

We want to see your son on the field! And, we know that camp is expensive. Our goal is to help make Bauercrest an experience that is accessible to as many families as possible. There are several ways that we can help:

  • Early enrollment discounts (receive up to $300 off tuition by enrolling before August 29th)!

  • Bauercrest Sibling Discount - We're all about brotherhood, enroll multiple children and save. Your first child will attend at regular tuition and additional siblings receive reduced rates of up to $300 per sibling).

  • Refer a Friend - Currently enrolled families can earn up to a $500 thank you credit for each family you refer to camp!

Camp Bauercrest Scholarship & Other Financial Aid Opportunities

Building character and community through sports in a supportive Jewish environment are core values at Camp Bauercrest. We offer tuition assistance to all families based on a sliding scale determined by family size, income, expenses, and current tax information.

  • Financial aid applications will be available in mid-October. The scholarship committee only considers applications when a camper's deposit has been paid in full.
  • Any family seeking aid must submit a new application each summer.
  • Several Jewish community organizations also provide needs-based financial aid to support the mission of providing camp to children. For example, MA Combined Jewish Philanthropies offers an affordability scholarship to families. You can learn more by visiting CJP Affordability Grant
  • First time campers are eligible for the Foundation For Jewish Camp (FJC) One Happy Camper (OHC) program. FJC is committed to supporting the mission of Jewish summer camp and provides need-blind scholarships of up to $1000 for first time camper tuition.
  • We are aware of several other Jewish organizations that provide financial assistance. Give us a call at (978) 388-4732 to learn more!
